The Area Director is responsible for growing FCA by praying and staffing the area through Ministry, Talent, Donor and Board Advancement. The Area Director works with staff and volunteers to fund and steward the finances of the ministry.
Area Representative (Southwest / Southeast Gwinnett)
The Area Representative serves a local area in Gwinnett County by engaging, equipping and empowering coaches, athletes and volunteers to fulfill FCA’s mission. The Area Rep seeks to disciple coaches and athletes to know and grow in Christ and lead others to do the same.

The Director of Leagues leads the expansion and growth of FCA Sports Leagues across Gwinnett County by recruiting staff, overseeing operations, logistics, and facilities while creating a Christ-centered environment for athletes. This role focuses on growing leagues across sports, developing players, and building community through both sports and ministry.
